Rock N Roll Sushi's first Oxford MS location is an upfit of shell space in Building D of the Highland Court Shopping Center at 1801 Jackson Avenue West. The landlord delivered the suite as a shell with concrete floor, new restrooms and janitor closet, a new storefront entrance, and rooftop units set in place, leaving the dining room, bar and kitchen to be built out.

Unite produced the test fits and the full permit set for the upfit, including life safety and egress, demolition and proposed floor plans, equipment and furniture layout, finish plans, interior elevations, millwork sections and the reflected ceiling plan, all built around Rock N Roll Sushi brand standards and kitchen flow. The finished restaurant carries the brand's classic rock atmosphere and includes a full bar.
