Rock N Roll Sushi in Mansfield is the brand's first Texas location. The restaurant chain was founded in Mobile, Alabama, and has more than 75 locations across the Southeast. This one occupies a renovated storefront of about 2,120 square feet at the Shops at Mansfield Towne Square.

We provided the architecture and construction documents for the tenant build-out. The plan fits a dining room, bar, sushi bar, server station, kitchen and restrooms into a long, narrow suite, with seating for a posted occupant load of 69. The kitchen centers on a new 10'-6" commercial hood. In the dining room, TVs hang from a circular ceiling-mounted light truss alongside the brand's neon signage. The restaurant opened in August 2026.
