This Pancheros Mexican Grill is a tenant space in Magers Crossing, a shopping center at 2100 W Republic Rd in Springfield. It takes over a corner spot in the center. The restaurant has about 2,400 square feet of kitchen and dining space. It includes a mobile pick-up drive-thru, designated parking for digital orders and a second make-line for online orders.

The project was close to home for us. It sits right down the road from our office, and we were invited to visit on opening day. We had worked on a few Pancheros restaurants before and had never had the chance to eat at one. The shell of the building was designed by H Design Group for Magers Management Co. Our work was the restaurant tenant build-out for the franchisee.
